Our return and exchange policy does not allow for customers to exchange their products. Kindly drop us a feedback via email within 24 hours of delivery. Any unsatisfactory items, refund will be made upon inspection of items (excluding delivery and pick up fees). Kindly ensure that product received is unopened and kept frozen. Do note that there will be a pick-up fee of $12. Alternatively, customers can choose to drop it off at our factory, it will be immediately discarded at our bin outside the factory. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues.
